Our Story
In 2015, Coopers Fish & Chip Shop began a new chapter - now proudly run by a family team.​ The owner Andy, took over from his boss and mentor over ten years ago.

The Coopers have been serving the communities of Guildford and Woking for over 30 years, dedicated to the making of traditional fish and chips. With deep roots in the industry and a passion for quality, our family brings decades of experience to every meal we serve.

At our core, we believe great fish and chips start with great ingredients. That’s why we continue to use only the finest quality, responsibly sourced produce, from freshly prepared fish to hand-cut potatoes, all prepared on site each day.

Our team of skilled fish fryers and friendly staff are committed to delivering an exceptional takeaway experience, one that’s consistent, memorable, and true to British tradition.

What We Offer
Gluten Free Mondays

Every Monday 5-8pm we offer Gluten free options for everyone. We can offer a wide range of items, from fish to sausages. Please call today if would like more information or to place an order in advance.

Event & Party Catering
​
Are you holding an event such as a birthday party, corporate lunch, quiz night, PTA meeting, Wedding, christening (we could go on!)?

At Coopers, we can help!
​
We will expertly prepare 25 - 250 meals and serve them as individual wrapped portions in biodegradeable that are piping hot with their own cutlery and condiments, so not only have we done the food, we've done the washing up too!

Lunch Time Specials

Every Lunchtime 12-2pm we offer a sausage (plain or battered), saveloy or fishcake with a regular chips for only £5.50!

Senior Lunchtime Offer
​
Every lunchtime 12-2pm we offer anyone over 65 a free portion of regular chips when you buy any fish!
